1. 2. In terms of modular design and assembly, most magnetostrictive sensors internationally are assembled in a modular manner. The main modules include magnetostrictive sensitive components, electronic modules, internal wire plugs, application casings, and control wire plugs. This design not only facilitates production, installation, and maintenance, but also increases the impact and oscillation resistance of each component.


3. Adding a temperature compensation circuit to the magnetostrictive displacement sensor can enable the sensor to operate over a wider temperature range and improve its measurement accuracy. Technologies such as resistance to strong electromagnetic interference and temperature detection compensation will significantly reduce the cost of such sensors, significantly improve their performance, and expand their application range.
